OTC Inc. was contracted to back fill the entire basement (19K+SF) with compact-able fill up to sub-grade for the new LA Fitness that is scheduled to be built. Work included removal, saw cutting, breaking of existing walls below grade, select back fill and compaction to a minimum 95% rating/lift, and the maintenance and protection of the existing buildings that were to remain.
