This project was an addition on to an existing Sunoco gas station for a new subway restaurant. We did all of the site preparation which entailed the removal of the old parking lot. Cutting the grade down 3ft for the new slab on grade. Excavating and backfilling for the new walls. Slab on grade prep. Roof gutter drain installation. And the sanitary sewer tie in.
