On Track Construction (OTC) specializes in commercial site work and has a large crew of successful and experienced operators and laborers. We own an up-to-date, modern fleet of heavy equipment. Founded by Jesse Milley in 2005, our OTC team has proven time and again our ability to run multiple major projects concurrently while maintaining the integrity and timeliness of our work.
All of the work executed by OTC has a standard of excellence, and mediocrity is unacceptable. Anyone employed at our company is also held to this standard, and is also required to obtain a ten hour OSHA safety certification. I have the utmost confidence in our abilities and in our capacity to provide professional and high quality services.

Jesse Milley was instated as a member of the Union Operating Engineers at the unusually early age of 20, where he worked as a heavy equipment operator doing highway construction. In 2005, he ventured into the construction business on his own. He has a talent and passion for operating, and also posses an eye for detail. He oversees and is involved in all projects from start to finish.
